I don't see anything wrong with anyone willing to work together or not. The most unlikely partner would be Stella, and I'm pretty sure she would be pretty well won over by Mirio's attitude.

As for their abilities, I'm still looking them over, but I agree that Neo's Umbrella should help fairly well to protect both herself and Albert, and after a moment of coordination, I believe Stella and Mirio should be able to come up with strategies utilizing Stella's Device and Mirio's Quirk. For instance, Stella can act as a major distraction for the two, while Mirio can loop around and attack from the rear with no one's awareness. (Though, Albert's Time Manip would be make this a bit tricky.) Honestly, I think their biggest challenge is getting past Stella's constant wall of flame.

Just for curiosity's sake, how did Neopolitan beat Mirio?

Neo can just make Einstein invisible and make an illusory copy of him and have him punt one of them while she plays keepaway

I mean, Einstein is literally the perfect counter to Mirio's whole attack strategy, which is launching himself at his enemies at massive speeds.

And Neo's taunting attitude is actually the perfect thing to tick Stella off and cause her to go after her. Though, she might be able to stay level-headed enough to focus on the main issue, that seems to be what she would likely do.
