High 7-C Yu Gi Oh

So, a few Yu Gi Oh chars are rated as High 7-C because of this calc, but the end accepted there seems to be 7-B. Shouldn't they be just 7-B, then?

If that's the one accepted then they should be 7-B and if the supporters don't think it's right then maybe a new calculation could be made (if they find the actual one wrong).

The last feat was for a different continuity, different scaling, and even different series (GX's Thunder Giant), hence why it was titled thunder giant.
