So, I remember a thread explaining conceptual users and manipulation and I just have to ask. Does this apply to Hetalia Characters?

After reading the descriptions of each time. I think they would qualify for Lesser Realist Concept

However, I am not sure if this would apply to them at all so before going further I'd like some answerss
