Is Ihwa's Electricity Blocking Feat really usable? Speed of Electricity in Fiction is not like Lightspeed or Lightning Speed, which have set/average Real Life Values.

I already knew that Ihwa had resistance to mind control long before the chapter became free.

I only made it since i thought verse pages would be deleted if there weren't any character pages for those verses

The only reason it wasn’t deleted already is cause I told them that we were working on profiles for it

Because all of his scaling depends on Ihwa, so his profile can’t be posted until her’s is posted.
