Also, this seems pretty casual so I think Yushin should not be scaled from this. Instead, he should be scaled to Ihwa's High 8-C+ feat

Why would he be equal to Engen though? And yeah, he trained Ihwa before she got stronger and performed her High 8-C feat. He shouldn’t scale because of that.

Engen in the day should downscale since he was able to survive the 7-C attack albeit with injuries. Also I should point out that even at night Victoria is still superior to Engen. And said 7-C attack was casual. So

I don’t see why Viper would scale to 9-A. He should just be At least 9-B+. John Nash can upscale to 9-A for one-shotting Viper though.

I think Bishop should be at least 8-B, likely 7-C. Not only was he able to slaughter countless villians by creating a raincloud (Chapter-50), but it was also stated that Engen was actually somewhat scared of him (Chapter-49). Also he is an elder like Victoria, meaning he should be somewhat on par with her.

I just thought of something, can't we get Ihwa's dura based off of inverse square law, and the portion she survived from the 7-C explosion. She was caught in the explosion iirc, but was quite far from the epicenter.

I think it's better to use 1800 meters (just right), because in the naver version it says 1800 meters, even in Indonesia it's the same,HereThis calc was accepted, giving Ihwa Hypersonic movement speed and reactions. Not entirely sure if it should scale to her combat speed though.fast

The 8-B calc scales to Post-District 16 Infiltration Ihwa, maybe there's a High 8-C feat that can be calc for Post-District 17 Assault Ihwa
