So, let's run down the changes:
- For the time being, Charlie's Attack Potency and Tier become Unknown, but her physical stats remain the same, on the grounds her true level of power (i.e., that with magic, assuming magic and physical strength are not in-sync) is largely unknown due to the many factors that feed into it.
- Moxxie becomes "Unknown, higher with weapons" because he lacks strength but has killed people far stronger than him (i.e., Martha) with his weapons.
- Blitzo, Millie, and Loona all get definite High 8-C stats (including Striking Strength).
- Blitzo becomes Class 10.
- Striker gets his own page (already completed; ready to publish).
- Everybody gets the powers listed in the OP.

Everything is ok, unless moxxie have some physical feats except for an animal one (cause correct me if I wrong there's 9-B physical feats), otherwise all seems pretty fine.

Well I don't really know if they are, I was actually asking that question, usually they only are when rapid vandalism happens, if the verse isn't very popular and dosen't have a mod that regularly contributes, I don't believe you need to get there permission for every little thing when everyone has agreed like this, you can just put a link to this thread in the changlog, at least that's what I think your supposed to do, your just waiting for a mod as a formality slowing the process down at this point
