Feats that are worth a damn​

• Striker lifts up an adult bull and carries its corpse over his shoulder (7:15); Peak Human to Class 5
• Stolas telekinetically parted the clouds in order to reveal the Blood Moon (13:24); needs to be calculated
• Striker narrowly evades a rifle shot (15:44); needs to be calculated

Feats for scaling​

• Blitzo and Striker are shown to be physically comparable during the Pain Games (8:43), the two of them ending up tied (9:09)
• Striker effortlessly overpowers Moxxie and nearly strangles him to "death" (11:33)
• Millie gored Striker's back and briefly restrained him, although she was blind-sided due to her rage (12:01)
• Blitzo and Striker got into a brief brawl which Striker "won" (15:00), only for Blitzo to manhandle him in the second scuffle (15:28)
• Loona kicked a door open and knocked Moxxie out (16:00)
• Striker deems the Overlords and the Ars Goetia to be the "unkillable" (14:04)

New Powers and Abilities (or additional justifications)​

• Blitzo and Striker are shown to be somewhat acrobatic during the Pain Games (8:43), which makes sense, seeing as how Blitzo came from a circus family; Acrobatics
• Blitzo and Striker appear to be (15:00), capable close quarter combatants (15:28); Martial Arts
• Moxxie has extensively researched the history of weaponry and the technological advances brought to warfare (3:22); Weapons Mastery, although more of an intelligence bit
  • Moxxie also knows of angelic weaponry and can determine their authenticity (11:06)
• Striker possesses a blessed rifle capable of killing demon royalty (11:16); Immortality / Regeneration Negation (Types 2 and 3, but only for Vivziepop demons)
• Striker's claws are really sharp (11:25); Natural Weaponry (Claws)
• Blitzo uses his tail to restrain and throw Striker (15:29); Natural Weaponry (Tail)

In the meantime, I'll get started on Striker's page. I really hope somebody has already made a decent render of him.

The last part of "For vivziepop demons only", verse equalization will make the last point useless. Whatever the case, this means normal weapons and demonic weapons are incapable of killing royalty, go some sort of invulnerability?

The rifle was described as a "Carmine Crafted Blessing Tipped Rifle", which appears to have some sort of heavenly vibe going on to it, thanks to the markings, which should reasonable the "Blessings". My guess is that if it can really "kill"-kill demons, it's something Exorcists use to kill demons. It also has a pistol equivalent, seen on 17:06. This could bring credibility to it killing demons.

You also forgot the part on 14:57 where Moxxie reacts to, and blocks a bullet with the rifle, though it was a short distance. This should further add credibility to the reaction-speed feats.

That was Blitzo's flintlock pistol, which is only Subsonic in muzzle velocity.

Unfortunately this feat is not something incredible. There are not many clouds and these are not storm clouds, so the feat is weak

EDIT: Anyway, I will calculate. Maybe I am underestimating the feat

Looking back at the scene, Stolas not only moved the clouds but also parted the sky? What exactly would that be? Weather Manipulation? Air Manipulation?
EDIT: It is just him opening a portal, I realize that now. Him moving the clouds is definitely a thing though.

After running the clip through a frame by frame viewer, I discovered that Striker only moved after the bullet hit the wall.
Turns out, Moxxie is just a really bad shot all of a sudden.

As far as we know, only Charlie and Lucifer scale to it, since they're the god-tiers of the verse, possessing angelic power and everything.
I was initially thinking about scaling Alastor to it, but the two are largely incomparable, so it's best to have them scale to their own feats.

Charlie? She is only physically stronger than Alastor. Just being Lucifer's daughter does not justify her being stronger than everyone else

Physically? Stronger then most demons, the scaling justifies it. Magically, far outclasses most.

She knows how to use magic, which means she is an extremely strong demon, but Stolas also knows how to use magic, so there is no justification to scale.

As part-fallen angel, Charlie possesses angelic power, with angelic power inherently holding dominance over demons in general.

There is no reason to assume she is not physically superior to most Sinners, she is a part-angel, son of Lucifer, which is assumingly the strongest demon. Also, magical capabilities. If anything, she should at least scale to Stolas.

Honestly, nothing suggests anything about Charlie, we just know that she is part angel. The better thing to do is to consider her at the "Unknown".

I'd be perfectly fine with ranking her Attack Potency and Tier as Unknown, although her physicals (Speed, SS, LS, Durability) would remain the same.

Should we downgrade Moxxie after this episode? We have solid justifications for the rest of the cast, but Moxxie is the only character noted to be physically incapable. He also does not have much in terms of Attack Potency, outside of knocking down Martha's children in Murder Family, which is barely a feat.

But if we would do, then we should made "high 8C with weapons" and iirc Moxxie still should have high 8-C dura since feat comes from him tanking explosion, correct me if I wrong.

Well, he briefly lassoed a bull in The Harvest Moon Festival but outside of that, he is mostly seen using some kind of weapon, unless strangling a human (as seen in the I.M.P. Jingle) is considered a noteworthy feat.
