From what I know, Helios starts with power null, so I'm inclined to believe Kars will pull a D4C and get out of there, Bites the Dust himself and kill Helios in the past, or just say "no u" and power null back with his copied powers.

the thing is helios can null his death and any event of his death through sheer will afaik (like if you cut him in the head that's will be nulled and you can't cut the head anymore). This is from what ik so its a bit limited :V

Verse equalization is done to remove advantages such as "only x can harm another x" and smth like that. And even such type of advantages depends. Asterism doesn't have such thing

Yeah, Kars would most likely start off with running away to another dimension with D4C and send a bunch of fodder Kars from alternate universes to attack for him. He'd have no reason to stay once he knows about Helios' AoE existence erasure, which is immediately after he looks at Helios.
