I'm voting for Mecha Sonic. With him being based off Sonic, he should have the edge in combat skill over the Heavy King and can slam him with the homing attack.

Going by their attacks, Heavy King seems to be a lot more versatile than Mecha Sonic, so I think he'll probably have the edge
