It's a stomp for Zeref. Even though Haru has the abilitie to seal attack up to 5-B the problem is he has no idea about Zeref's attacks and its effect plus he is not the type to use absorption during battle.

And his durabilty kinda allows to Zeref one shot with no problems.

It is true that haru can seal magic, but at that time elie let hi seal her magic, zeref just need to stop his movement and then use same attack he use to killed hades, zeref have many different way to kill him, while haru can't and zeref uses black magic it never stated that haru is capable to sealing death magic or black magic
