Harry Potter (character) vs Doctor Strange (MCU)

-Speed equalized.

-Word of God removed (so no Multi-City Block level Dr. Strange unless the movie shows him or his spells capable of tanking and/or having AP at that level).

-Strange does not possess the Eye of Agamotto.

-Battle starts with both of them flying in a different dimension where they can't teleport out of.

Round 1: Both characters do not have knowledge of each other's abilities.

Round 2: Both characters have full knowledge of each other's abilities.

Who wins and why?

Although you didn't specify, I think Harry Potter in his late teens would have more experience in magic than Strange in MCU since in the movie he was only starting to learn magic.

Although Harry's expelliarmus would be of no use since Strange isn't using a wand, his sectum sepra and other destruction spells will. And it's got more range and lethality than what Strange has shown in the movie.

Harry for both rounds. The only offensive power strange has shown, was conjuring a whip. He can possibly defend against some spells with his shields and bring Harry to the mirror dimension (BFR), but thats it: he is still an amateur. Harry wins this 8/10.

This does not make any sense what's so ever, if Kevin Feige (The president of the MS)stated that previous threats in the marvel mcu pose no threats to the strange and he other sorccreers, then who are we to disregred it?

Also i don't see harry putting down strange at all seeing how his Subsonic to stranges Subsonic+ and there's also the fact that he can enter into his astral form which makes him mhs+....

there's also the fact that strange is Multi City Block with Shields also....
