At the end but not during his rampage. He can take bullets during normal gameplay and I'm assuming at the end it was mostly because it was like a cutscene or smth

Gonna have to agree there. If the bullets were a degree weaker than hanks durability. He could debatably take a shot or two. Since having worked through bad pain before. But he ain't not Not Important in taking bullets
