Han Jee Han speed upgrade + potential attack potency upgrade?

In the newest chapter Han has shown the ability to teleport. In addition to this there *may* also be a potential city block upgrade because he is about to do an attack that seems like it is going to destroy several dozen magic discs which each have a durabality that is multi city block level as each of them tanked several spinning magic arrows which have accumalated damage of at least city block without a dent. However this attack has not happened yet but I think we should be alert of this.
