Halo Revision: Mjolnir Can Self-Destruct

Spartans can set their armor to self-destruct so it doesn't fall into enemy hands and this is the calc we got for the only example of it actually happening in the series. This means every Spartan that wears Mjolnir armor should get 8-A with Self-Destruction and no one scales to this.

Then speed up. This is a massive ability that should have been on the profiles for Spartans for over a decade and I'm fixing it.
