Naruto's rating is weird, he is high 6-A for tearing off obito's chakra arm, while obito is high 6-A for being stronger than the 3rd form of the juubi, while the juubi is is high 6-A, likely higher?

Only calc i see is this, which isn't even close to being 5-C, or warranting a likely higher rating, so think something is wrong here.
