I'll list the reasons for each, so Monarch doesn't have to read through everything if he decides to comment.

Yusuke: Grows stronger as the fight goes on. Great in CQC. Has a layer of aura around him that serves to protect him. Can spam ranged attacks. Has decent AoE. Possible stamina advantage. Decent CQC options in terms of shotgun and spirit gun.

Kyle: AP advantage. Also great in CQC. Ranged Versatility advantage. Likely ranged advantage as well. See-through forcefields. Can grow stronger with his full power rise.

I'm not sure. I'm not as familiar with Yu Yu Hakusho, but someone mentioned it above.
