Know nothing about Kyle except what I've read from the linked posts about him from here, but based on that and Yusuke's displayed abilities, Yusuke takes it easy. Better overall arsenal in terms or long, mid, and short range attacks along with better fight instinct to adjust on the fly and strategize.
 
Okay, I guess you all don't know much about Kyle, So I'll inform you all.

In terms of battle intelligence, they're likely even, with Kyle having perhaps a slight advantage in terms of intelligence and experience as he's been fighting for far longer, and his abilities force him to be creative in order to win, he can't just spam energy attacks the way Yusuke can.

In terms of mid range combat, Kyle easily demolishes. He can create any kind of construct he desires with his material high, which gives him far more versatility than Yusuke's shotgun or reiki gun. Not to mention that Kyle can blow any ranged attacks that Yusuke has in store for him, and is more efficient at a keep away strategy, because of how massive his constructs can be.

Yusuke's attacks have far more range, yes, but several kilometers of range is nothing new to those in the Psyren verse, if you look at some like Frederica Tenjui, or Uranus if you've read the manga. In terms of long ranged attacks Yusuke has it via pure range, but mid and close range are very much debatable.

Also, Yusuke's regen is only low last time I checked, so it's likely not much of a factor. Not to mention that experience > instinct in most cases. But Kyle also has an instinct for battle as well, and has created better strategies than Yusuke due to the nature of his powers.

If scans are needed, I will give them. But I simply don't want this to be a case of Yusuke winning purely because no one knows of Kyle. More solid evidence needs to be given.
 
I go with kyle then, Yusuke mostly go with CQC from start.
