So basically; Gumball got mad at Darwin because he kept talking to Ocho on the phone while they were trying to beat a level on a video game they were playing, Gumball then took the phone, unknowingly insulted Ocho multiple times, and then Ocho came over to their house and started attacking them, which then leads to the events of the clip I posted.

This could very well and likely be a mechanic of how Ocho works and not a power coming from Gumball and Darwin.
