oneshot yeah, but not insta kill. he probably leaves mcqueen with a hole in his chest, which would generate one in his own. josuke's smart and can probably revert mcqueen's injury on the basis that it will revert his own.

Has TMQ been healed before? Does HtH reflect healing back to the healer because I haven't read Part 6 yet

Plus how does Josuke even incap TMQ?

If it reflects damage back to the user then it should reflect anti-damage back to the user, which is essentially what Josuke is doing. He's not literally healing a person, he's just rearranging their body back to what it was before. If you could dis-arrange it with a punch, then he can dis-arrange it back to place again with his restoration.

Not sure, can CD fix mental illness? It can do chemical changes with the spaghetti and whatnot, but depression seems a lot more complex.

McQueen's matter being forced to move around probably counts as harm and healing McQueen should maybe heal Josuke too, but I'm not sure.
