I'd say stalemate

Grox is too fast and could perhaps hurt Frieza over a veeeery long period of time but that might be stretching it

Grox could fly back home to restore energy but then Frieza'll blow up that planet... and then the Grox will colonize another planet and restore it's energy there and the cycle keeps repeating over and over

Frieza just has like 0 chance of hitting though so yeah
