Clegane is far more skilled in combat than Dunn, yet Dunn is much, much more durable. Surviving a Train wreck unscathed is a much more potent feat than crushing a skull, although circumstances make the feat a bit dodgy on the specifics.

My vote is for Dunn, as he will likely tank most of what Clegane throws at him, before Clegane wears himself out.

Also, I have no clue why Dunn was upgraded to 9-B, I'll be posting on that. Bending steel and ripping off a car door do not merit Wall level on their own, unless I'm mistaken (Although that said he and The Horde will be fighting, so he's going to get upgraded in 2019 regardless).
