How does downscaling work in this case ?

Gregor Clegane has at least an AP of 3000 joules, according to this page

So what is Sandor's AP in terms of joules?

There is no downscale if he blocked it then he gets the same tier for durability and scales from the same calc. Just because he can tank whatever blow he did it doesn't mean he is stronger it just means he doesn't fall easy.

Like i said it doesnt matter he survived the hit so there is no reason to downscale

Can have enough strenght to not be killed yes that happens a lot
