How is she gonna damage him? His durability is too high, plus her ice would be useless against him since he's a slayer mage. In fact so would her time stop since those with cold resistance are immune to it.

Gray definitely takes this. She can't really damage him and her most powerful weapon (Mahapadma) that can freeze time is negated by having a high cold resistance as shown by Tatsumi's Imperial Relic. Even Gray's punches are a serious threat to her let alone his magic.

Incorrect. Strongest feat is Island level by Shikoutazer. And how does she not touch him? Her speed is ten times faster then him. And she doesn't need ice. Her physical blows harmed Tatsumi. It won't be quick but with her massive speed advantage, she would bring him down over time. Not to mention, she can still freeze time.BDGAF said:

This thread is old, before Esdeath got her new upgrade. Gray is completely immune to ice and her ability to stop time derives from ice making it useless as well. However she's way too fast for Gray now and her physical strikes are comparable to his Durability. She will take him down due to massive advatage in speed.

Agreed with Firefly on the outcome and reasoning, but if anything the battle is closer and more fair now, so I don't see why it should be locked.

Gray has an AP advantage, as well as immunity to one of her primary methods of attack, so it's being somewhat balanced out.

No, it really isn't. Esdeath can still attack with her sword, making his resistance to ice completely useless, and having slightly higher AP is irrelevant when the speed difference is this big. The difference is so big that Gray will likely be dead/almost dead by the time he realizes the fight started.Blahblah9755 said:
