Btw can we move power bestowing Ford and showcasing to travel galaxy to feats? Also I think as supportive to Immeasurable for his Weirdmageddon Key we can use Strym’s old arg on Infinite Speed except that it really should be on Immeasurable, given that it is accepted that the rift would destroy time too.

But it’s just a suggestion.

This would be an Immeasurable feat only if the rift´s explosion travelled through time, in this context he is just encompassing it and then destroying

Asriel Dreemurr in the Angel/God of Hyperdeath form, as he could consistently fight against Frisk during his whole boss fight and he treats the Hyper Goner just as another one of his attacks, implying that he is that fast in general

It's not the same... like at all.

Hyper Goner is not Immeasurable by its own, is Frisk dodging that attack what counts as Imm as that proved that Asriel's attacks are all generally as fast as the destruction.

You know... I lose my shit when people strawman me, so let me explain again.

NO ONE said that Hyper Goner isn't Immeasurable, I just said that usually, when someone uses an attack that destroys a Tier 2/1 structure, they do not scale to infinite/immeasurable speed (despite that attack is), unless they have solid proofs of them having comparable speed of said attacks, example them reacting to that attack used against them, etc.

Alien X fits the latter case, hence why he's Imm.

I was going to use it as supportive, given that Bill should be comparable to the rift as he’s directly empowered by it and he stabilizes it and that Bill is already Immeasurable so it would be consistent lol.

Even absorbing a space-time continuum with a physically moving attack (which has been stated/shown many times) is useless if an anti-feat is involved.

In such cases, we make a speed calculation using only the radius of the observable universe, and the result is quadrillions times the speed of light.

Okay... in short, not every explosion that covering the space-time continuum is immeasurable. While the explosion has a physical spread speed, we do not assume that this attack is immeasurably speed unless there is conclusive proof that the explosion moves along the space-time continuum, and if there are anti-feats we tend to go for lower balls (where the explosion only physically moves through 3D space and the assumption that it reaches 4D space-time continuum due to its range).

Pretty sure we’d index the guy trapped within phones as another victim of Bill’s Soul Manipulation, and due to it being for eternity, specify that the effect’s of Bill’s deals last until the end of reality. Also, he kills Gus, which is a 4th Wall Won’t Save You moment, so we’d probably have to index that as part of Bill’s extreme 4th Wall Breaking and Awareness, similar to how Popeye or Yakko have affected their own animators.

I am aware, and the entire reason was off argument from incredulity with non-knownledgeable staff members agreeing with it.

Anyway, forgot to add this:
Plus I just decided to not add anything about Gus. Basing on the GF Wiki, that Twitter page seems to be only a in-universe thing made only to promote GF stuff, and not an actual real company which just happened to be "infected from Bill" (that being the Disney Books site or Barnes & Nobles, those are acceptable examples instead). The thing seems to be too vague at the moment to count as anything, especially when it's this meta.
 
You should include on Power Bestowal that whilst possessing Blendin he was able to use his sleep manipulation, and that he was able to give (normal women) Witches powers. That way it being based on deals is backed up. Also, small list:

Projection

Bill can project himself into anything with neurons, (meaning the Book is directly exhibiting his powers as he is projecting himself into it, making it applicable for sharing abilities).

Was able to scan all possible future timelines to see his defeat and astrally project a message across the globe.

Regeneration

The Book of Bill (and thus Bill) can come back from molecular destabilization, (this scan also doubles down on the book being made of brain matter).

Regenerated from lasting damage caused by the Memory Gun after exiting McGucket's head.

So Bill should have Limited Mid-Godly.

Omnscience/Omni-Sight and Intelligence (as well as Multilinguism)

Was aware of Stanford's meddlings with the Book of Bill despite being dead and trapped within the Theraprism,

Is aware of Mabel's communication in the Astral Plane with The Beast, (as well as used her dreams to find her weakness).

Ford doubles down on Bill's ability to see the future, (and implies Bill can offer to teach you how to "speak tree" as well as how to make nukes of of rubber ducklings, {which Bill also claims to know}),

Also, you should probably include that Bill can constantly see through the eyes of those he’s possessed (and potentially killed), and his perception to messages within Static.

??? = Dunno how to rate that.
