At least 2k because that's how long ago Lucifer decapitated him, and 6k because that's roughly around when the Astral Realm was created, and it's possible (assumption) that Lucilius was among the first Astrals created along with it. Comes up in WMTSB story and world creation myth

Well it really was a freak accident if you think about it. Not only was this device completely useless due to lacking a relevant energy source from it's original world, but it also had a seal slapped on by Orologia. The only reason it worked at all is because of Veldora's Faust, and was only so dangerous because it was cloning those two. On the other hand, you can imagine this gizmo being pretty useless for anyone else, specially since it incapacitates you 
If it wasn't for the Captain making friends with everybody then the Six Dragons could've just blown up the ******* island and forgotten about it lol

Or when the author that added probability manip to his character now having to pretend that some events that had a 0% chance of happening actually had 0.0000000000001% (the ability would be useless otherwise) (nevermind that normal laws of physics are deterministic anyway)
