It is not a stomp, Zoro dura neg still works, Zoro pain tolerance is far better and others things, just because Gintoki can counter most of Zoro stuff doesnt means that its a stomp, stomp is when the character have no wincon

Just because Zoro won't have a chance to use Shi Shi son son doesn't mean that he can't use it. Therefore not a stomp.

Also could you be more clear in your reasoning for breath of all things making Zoro win. I'm surprised that one thing Zoro has suddenly flips the scales for Zoro so I'd like to know why

Because it doesn't require reading movement and will able to sense gintoki's breath

Damage Boost (Through Goken he is capable of cutting people and objects he normally couldn't with his regular slices, such as Mr. 1's Iron)

I mean... why? Skills won't matter if you can't sense or see your opponents even tho I think Zoro would be able to find a weakness and attack back
