BTW Just asking (totally not to see if Yujiro vs Garou will work), what's High 7-C Garou's AP?
It wont
Why not? High 7-C Garou is vastly above 53 kilotons and Yujiro is vastly above 60 kilotons. Or am i wrong?

High 7-C characters in OPM usually scale to Post G4 Genos who can defeat hydrated DSK who is vastly above 53 kilotons (his base form), this is where the High 7-C ratings come from. Yujiro may not be High 7-C, but his scaling is similar for he's vastly above 60 kilotons.

And this petrification can't be avoided? Some types of petrification can be broke through.

Mero Mero Merrow and Slave Arrow are instant full petrification. Perfume Femur petrificates the touched area and she breaks that in the same moment of the kick.

This petrification doesn't cover the enemy in stone. It turns it into stone.

That's different. TTM was already scared by the aura, which is why he started off serious and at full power. But the fact that he would be looked down at is what scared him further, so he got reckless and lost.
