But well that is UI Sign Goku though, this is BoG Goku. But again Bloodlust mean he will goes for the most efficient way to blast his opponent, and he already show back in Frieza Saga that he could glare when get angry or serious, with Bloodlust he immediately glare is not out of the box
I mean, if he can glare, then doesn't the chances of Goku winning significantly increases? A glare is > hand based movement in terms of speed.

Glare is something more of UI Goku anyway, this is BoG Goku
Regular Goku has and still will do it. But what exactly does bloodlusted do to the character ? People have debate moves for characters that they never used under bloodlusted and it was fine. So this is a good possibility

Example, in a normal fight, goku wouldnt go with everything against the enemy, but goku bloodlusted is basically goku doing his best to kill the enemy, some characters are bloodlusted naturally, like Broly while transformed and others

So yeah this is not out the question sense it's he's fastest move. He can kill/incap her with anything

Bloodlusted does not state they are out of character. Goku would try to punch her. Wanda just mind haxs, matter hax, transmutation, reality warping, plot manipulation, etc. She has a massive arsenal of hax that Goku gets done in by and speed is equal. Even if he shoots a ki blast she scan just change it and Goku into something harmless. Goku is toast, Wanda kills him first.

Goku literally just needs to glare, and Scarlet Witch in-character arguably wouldn't lead with her hax immediately. I see Goku using glare more than her other hax, also the fact that he one-shots her is still on the table when she doesn't lead with any hax, especially since SBA dictates that their default ranges would be really far. So I'm keeping my vote.

Bloodlust is actually character doing thing OUT OF THEIR USUAL CHARACTER

Can someone please show the scan of a glare before the ToP?

Yes and no. Bloodlusted, as of the Wiki, means that the character cares about nothing but defeating their opponent. But this doesn't equates to them deliberately going out of their character, but them not doing something that their personality would otherwise deliberately do or avoid (In Goku's example, he wouldn't let Wanda get at her strongest to have a more exciting fight). It's not about technique, but self-limitations.

They would also try to defeat their opponent as fast as possible with whatever they have on their arsenal. So Goku would probably would use kiai here

I mean, here also comes to play if a BL character while go with the fastest or the most efective way to defeat his opponent on their PoV. Both things aren't mutually exclusive, but they aren't stricly the same.

It easier with characters that can but refuses to use a hax that they know (Or think, for that matter) it will always be effective, as it goes against their moral (Bloodbending Katara is a good example of this). But with Goku isn't really as clear imo.

I don't even know why you trying to use Goku in-character to explain bloodlusted Goku, bloodlusted is bloodlusted, he will goes for the kill with his best . Why Goku should be different, assuming a bloodlusted Goku using Kiai goes against his character??? seriously, then what the point of being bloodlusted if he still doing thing in-character???

Thanos didn't need bloodlust because he uses all his hax in combat. Scarlet needs bloodlust because the only hax she uses in combat is mind manip and she only does that occasionally.

The site does not define this in the bloodlust section. Only that they are not subject to CIS and PIS. Not that they'll go for the fastest move they have. That Goku has performed a whole two times?

Even when bloodlusted, they should still be defined as in character. Even SBA touches on this under the "State of Mind" section. Saying they are willing to kill but are still in character. Goku has no way of knowing a move he almost never did would kill Wanda. He is not going to start with it. In character, he would fly to her throwing a punch. He gets haxed before he ever has a chance to touch her. If Goku couldn't land a 1-shot on Thanos since their fight was incon, how is he doing so here?
