He has the AP advantage because of his "at least" rating, plus a bunch of hax like reality warping, S/T manip, quantum manip and soul manip to make this fight both, a haxstomp and AP stomp.

Galactose is only "at least" because of the possible 2-C feat. Otherwise he's baseline Low 2-C. Also, he never really showed his Space-Time Manipulation to be combat applicable, h just did it to tear through space-time to create portals to other dimensions. Same goes with his Quantum Manipulation.

His Soul Manipulation is on the table though.
