No. Baseline SS is a an explosion whose width iirc is in the light hours range. Baseline MSS is something like 4 light years

What is the time limit that an attack has to one-shot something?

If Omega Shenron could destroy the galaxy with one shot, but it would take a few hours to spread, does it count?

But yeah, assuming baseline would quite literally assume we see absolutely no difference from the destruction, ie 5 light years compared to 250000 light years. We would have to assume he attacked 50000 times in the gif, whereas it looked more like 100-500 at most (judging the by rate of the disappearing systems) to me, at least how I remember it, and that's ignoring the fact that he would take his time sometimes as Matt showed.

On a more serious note, Id like to see what a better translation of the perfect files say. Id wager its way more arcurate than an English translation of an Italian translation of Japanese text.
