Goku (GT) Upgrade

I don't understand what we are aiming to downgrade now apart from the 3-C ratings?.

Broly might get downgraded if this goes through, it could become an outlier
 
Wait. How come Super characters get to power scale from Solar System level with multiple statements of a over time feat of Goku vs Beerus or Beerus vs Champa before they were stop by Whis and Vados but Gt can't power scale from a Galaxy been destroyed in a shorter time on panel?

Ginis, the main antagonist of Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, is so strong that a single one of his cells is stronger than the Zyuohgers.

If the Zyuohgers were 4-B, that would make Ginis 4-A via scaling (As the body has 100 trillion cells).

Gt galaxy busting is a chain reaction, whereas DBS feat happened in real time. It was in the process of being destroyed and would be toast if Goku didn't match Beerus punch by anglng correctly

Nothing happened in Super. It was a over time as well. How many anti-statements did the feat got? Is gonna be destroy. Oops nop try again, is gonna be destroy in the following punches, oops nop try again and so on.

This is what Popo says about the Evil Dragons' power. He says that long ago, an Evil Dragon was created, which led to the planet he was in being destroyed, and then the whole galaxy as well (The translation uses cosmos but he says "ginga").

This is a 4-A feat. There's no information about the timeframe, but the way Popo says it "First the planet, then the galaxy" implies overtime. And the fact that the information of this Evil Dragon managed to spread to other galaxies at all implies that there were at least some time for people to escape it. Either way, it is not instant.

Later, Omega Shenron repeatedly states that he will destroy the galaxy / universe. What does this mean in practice, tho?

The Kais explain it. Omega's minus energy would spread, first corrupting the entire planet over time, then destroying the planet after it was fully corrupted, then continually spreading across the universe and doing the same to the other planets and celestial bodies it encounters until the whole universe (Which as this is Toei Dragon Ball, is 3-B in scale) would be destroyed.

It's not an one-shot either case. It takes time and is a chain-reaction feat related to the Negative Energy and the Positive Energy colliding.

Now for the guidebooks. Ignoring the fact that this is the itallian translation of the Perfect Files and not the original, let's assume that the translation is at least mostly correct:

This simply means that:

"The purpose of the evil dragons is to destroy the entire galaxy! As they are born from negative energy they only have negative desires! It is said that in the past when they appeared on a planet, it was destroyed alongside with the surrounding galaxy"
It's not a feat. It's simply stating that the Evil Dragons want to destroy the galaxy because they are pure evil and that in the past an evil dragon destroyed a galaxy. So, if their sole purpose and desire is destruction of the galaxy, they would have done it if they can do it in one-shot. They didn't.

Now for the second guidebook...

"E' dotato di una forza distruttiva straordinaria! Portera' la galassia alla distruzione!"
This literally means:

"He has an extraordinary destructive force! It will bring the galaxy to destruction!"
Once again, it is not an instantaneous destruction. Omega Shenron will bring the galaxy to destruction, but he can't one-shot a galaxy.

Because of this, the GT 3-Cs need to be downgraded to Multi-Solar System level+

Why they would they have the "+" though? MSS+ is obliterating half of the Milky Way
 
Personally, I think the arguments cited by Matthew should be remembered, I do not know which side is the fairest So I would pronounce later.
 
Why would they be Multi-Solar System level+? We only use a + when there is a calc that puts the characters pretty close to the next tier, otherwise we only use an At least tiering, they should be At least Multi-Solar System level
 
Matthew i'm gonna make a SSJ4 Gogeta vs Broly or Vejito can you downgrade it already? Also Broly isn't canon to GT so he doesn't get the downgrade
 
I'm pretty sure they're all justified with an "At least 4-A", considering 4-A comes from Kid Buu / Broly...

4-A is a huge tier. It's like saying that canon Buu saga is "at least 4-B" because it comes from Cell who is fodder at that point
 
Weakest 4-A is a pitiful 2 solar systems.

Using the lowest of low ends is not quite justified in this case.

Remember they eventually destroyed the entire galaxy which is a whopping 200 billion solar systems.

Assuming they quite literally blasted 100 billion times seems kinda off no?
 
Even if they could destroy everything in a zone of a 100 light years, that would still be roughly 900 times weaker than baseline 3-C
