I dunno. Superboy Prime seems to be baseline universe level, as he was knocked unconscious by a universal explosion. The current Goku is probably considerably above baseline universe level. However, he is not anywhere near as swift.

current Goku is "more powerful" in general AP to pre crisis superman but would still lose in a fight.

I'd prefer not to go into detial of who wins or loses; this is still possibly the most controversal versus match in crossover history and a banned match for good reason. But he's basically higher teir than all supermen but thought robot; speed and hax are a different story though. Goku's about 100x baseline 3-A if we lowballed him as much as possible and only considered Kaioken as a multiplier; which is the only multiplier that isn't really calc stacking.

Edit: There's also the Time stopper key for Superboy Prime who's Low 2-C. Forgot to mention him.

That is true goku is 100 times (with kaio Ken times 10) baseline universal but dbz vs marvel/dc is banned so someone close this even though this isn't a match
