Although DBS stickers in Japana scale them like this: Gogeta > Broly >= UI Goku > Jiren.

Broly is supported by narrative + promo material + novel + implied within the show to be stronger than Beerus

Jiren is stronger than belmod + he's stronger Beerus via scaling from some magazine promo

Gogeta in his blue basically stomped Broly, Broly was able to resist just for adaptation and his high defense, imo Base Gogeta is still stronger than SSJBerserk Broly, but the difference would be much more little.

Jiren was described as more powerful but less durable than Jiren, so Gogeta should take this, but at high diff since Jiren is more powerful than Broly, but the low defence will make him lose

The only scaling for Beerus and Jiren is a magazine scan that claims MUI Goku is 'possibly' stronger than Beerus.

LB Jiren, while arguably stronger than MUI Goku, lost to MUI Goku due to Goku's skill in UI.

I guess since the Fusion Dance requires equal power to work, then my asuumption is that Gogeta's power is more stable then Vegito's and can draw out more power without strain

Well Vegito was not part of Toriyama original script for Zamasu arc, so I guess Toei simply nerfed Vegito? Fusion is broken as f*Ck in Toriyama stories.
