Jiren vs Cell Max

Cell Max advantages:
-His 1v1 with Gohan is the "Strongest Battle in history."
-Tail allows for better combat
-Wings allow flight without Ki
-Even if Jiren takes out his head, he'll explode and kill him.
-Stamina is enough to keep fighting easily despite taking repeated hits to the weak spot and losing an arm.

Iirc Blue Goku and Vegeta in Super Hero stilll consider Jiren a massive threat and powerful rival
Goku and Vegeta should be comparable to Orange Piccolo, whom while severely injured could fight against an even more injured Cell Max, although he was losing pretty badly
Gohan after taking a Senzu and becoming Beast Gohan was easily dominating this injured Cell Max
So Cell Max should scale somewhat to Beast Gohan, who's feats put him at "far stronger than SSGSS Goku and Vegeta"
Jiren dominated both SSGSS Kaioken Goku and SSGSS Evo Vegeta, who should scale to their modern reg Blue states. Jiren then fought against and overpowered Ultra Instinct Sign Goku, who is far stronger than both SSGSS Goku and Vegeta's enhanced states combined.
Imo it's pretty even power wise. Issue is Cell Max has that statement where his fight with Gohan was "the strongest in history", which by default puts him above Jiren.
Without that statement Cell Max might be a tad bit stronger. With that statement Cell Max stomps
So Ig Cell Max wins? Raw power in DBZ tends to translate to complete and utter dominance against other foes so there's really nothing Jiren can do if Cell Max is stronger, regardless of whatever versatility advantage of what he might have

Only in terms of skill.
To be fair, base Goku in this movie is base Broly level.

1. Considering the massive jump in power necessary to match Jiren in the first place, I'm pretty sure his power is still significant. Especially since in the anime, the Granolah and Moro arcs didn't happen as far as we know
2. Training with Broly doesn't equate to being on his level. In the only time we've seen Goku with Broly, he was teaching him how to control his power, not attacking him.
If Goku truly was on Broly's level, then he got a Blue level increase since the Broly movie, which even in the manga we haven't seen anything of the sort
Imma be honest, Base Jiren probably gets overwhelmed pretty easily. LB Jiren will make this more fair

Ok sure but you get what I mean right
Goku and Vegeta would have needed to experience a colossal growth in power, which we haven't seen in the anime
