So the battle starts, Dreadbear and MGodzilla are right by each other, and Dreadbear is faster so he'll likely get at MG first and they both just unload into each other with MG doing more damage, to Dreadbear's leg as with the size difference MG's literally the size of Dreadbear's leg, and if he tries to put up his forcefield (Which has an opening on top) Dreadbear Just reaches in through the top and grabs MG

Except those have a hole in the top that Dreadbear just grabs him through (And they're actually too slow to stop him) and he can't put up a forcefield and attack Dreadbear

Dreadbear is too big to reach into a hole on the top on the forcefield if there even is one. Also the forcefield causes damage too.

Since Dreadbears speed comes from his running speed and they start right next to eachother it's mostly irrelevant so I vote Mechagodzilla for AP and durability advantage and many many weapons and options.

The AP advantage isn't that much, and since they start next to each other they're both going to just be tearing into each other, but as Dreadbear is so much bigger and has that nasty immortality he'll be able to mostly ignore the damage he takes (Really MG's like the size of his leg), while MG will be taking less damage, but he'll be much more affected by that damage (Also it's just plain movement speed, likely not exclusive to running)

I would reccomend puting the names of the people who voted right next to the number so that it doesn't get messed up.
