so this is Hela against GP, both 2-C and speed equalized. otherwise SBA.
I hope this is a finally fair fight with a DB 2-C, but I may change the opponent if this is too one sided. They seem roughly comparable in AP and GP is kinda haxed to be a DB character (lolol) but I need to know how strong is Hela's best hax such as Mind manip and RW.

All I see for Hela, is possibly, and going by her durability fact that she was defeated by odin in one strike, what stops the grand priest from doing the same.

Hela's AP/dura should be 3 universes (1.5x baseline) as listed on her page, and GP scales way above Beerus feat who is half baseline 2-C. If the conseus is that GP stomps her I'll change this to Gogeta or Whis.

Mephisto has a feat by being capable of destroying 3 realms and Hela is listed as comparable to him. So I was sure it was only 3 not 9 (since she got defeated by Odin in a single strike also).

Grand Priest stomps The Angels (All of them) who stomps the Gods of Destruction (Including Beerus and Champa) who is about 1/2 2-C.

Super Saiyan Broly powered up beyond a being (MUI Goku and Limit Break Jiren) who's stronger than said Gods of Destruction and was still being toyed around by an Angel.

So depending on your interpretation, Grand Priest can go from slightly superior to massively superior.

I don't see how GP gets this.

Hela transmutes or ages him to death,also he can't get past her high regen.Without her regen he could probably take this.

I do not know much about her but she has teleportation and cross universal range,also she has her own dimension which she has to travel to,I think she can escape BFR with TP.

ALso,GP dies before he choses to BFR her,a single touch will transmute part of his body instantly.

GP can dodge it with Instinctive Reaction (Ultra Instinct) which is passive.

Power Nullify her capacity to fly.

I am sure GP scales to Whis who can resurrect the dead and likely himself.

Time Travel to undo things that do not go his way.

He touches her ,its sort of passive transmutaion.

GP was never ever shown to battle,we don't even know his set of moves but BFR isn't DB first move.This is a battle which means he will try to hit her either physically or with energy attacks,then he gets transmuted,she can also age him or mind control,although I don't know how her mind control works.And we are not sure if his BFR will even work against her with teleportation and cross-universal range.

Given how old Whis is, Angels either are Type 1 Immortals or have extreme longevity, so I doubt aging Grand Priest will be a problem.

How does transmutation work?His time reversal can't probably reverse the damage caused to him,matter manipulation just includes creation of matter not destruction.

She doesn't need to touch him,he touches her and the part of his body that touched her gets transmuted,he punches her then his hand transmutes.

I don't want to argue more since I don't know her abilities either so I'll just stay inconclusive for now,until someone who is really knowledgeable about her shows and explains her abilities.

I remember Whis warping matter to open up a hole in a Window back in Battle of Gods to get into Bulma's ship. So I guess Grand Priest can just... fold her open like a blanket?
