With LS, Kratos can just time manipulate to prevent Garou from grabbing him.
Speed, depending on the Kratos, he'd either have a huge advantage (Light of Dawn) or a huge disadvantage (no Light of Dawn.)
As for RE, I feel Kratos's is more versatile. Garou's RE mainly scales to the person he's fighting, while Kratos RE does both scaling to the person he's fighting, as well as their powers.
IMO, none of this matters when Kratos just power nullifies him with either Soul of Hades or Zeus's Fury. Especially with seeing the future with his demi-god shit, like the Amulet of Uroboros. Or straight up multiplying himself with the Oath Stone of Orkos.
IDK, I feel Demi-God Kratos would win with pure hax alone. RE is better, speed is arguably better with the Light of Dawn, LS is irrelevant as Kratos can slow down time, Kratos can just power nullify him and then rip out his intestines.

Actually take on gods, kill them and take their powers for yourself. If need be, banish said gods to Tartarus with Divine Reckoning.

Also back in gow 2 or after gow 1 but before 2 I heard kratos wasn’t actually trying to kill the gods. More like he was attacking their image/ego something like that.

False. Kratos never tried attacking their ego either, he told them to get out of his way if they wanted to live, but instead, the gods further agitated Kratos and mocked him for his failures and then proceeded to try and kill him or lie to him when they found out killing him wasn't going to work.

Yeah, it was too wordy, so Planck trimmed it out. Relevant scaling is on the actual main profiles, like Kratos and Poseidon.

Man I wish we still had 4-A Zelda characters, potential for some real cool matches between them and Kratos. Too bad we had to hurl them down to island level.
