LMFAO this flies in the face of everything we have as per evidence.

Also it's ironic for Cronos to say it anyway because he ate his own kids and killed his own ******* father Uranus to exact vengeance as per Gaia's request, just as the interviews had stated. NOTHING contradicts this. NOTHING. Gyges makes mention of Uranus banishing him and his Hecatonchires brothers to Tartarus. Then there's Ariel Lawrence, Cory Barlog, Bruno Velazquez and anyone who's worth their salt have already repeatedly confirmed Cronos chopping Uranus's dick off as being canon. There is no way to sugarcoat it any other way.

As for Thanatos, Bruno did say that he is a God, but that'd only make Thanatos even more powerful if the Olympian > Titan > Primordial scaling chain has given us anything to go by, since only Olympians are granted the distinction of "Gods" and the whole "powered up over the years" thing.

Cronos didn't even say he never killed a family member, just that it's cowardly. My guy could even be including himself.

That's how low this has sunk.
 
Do we get any stories on the survivors of the Greek purge?

It'd be interesting to see if any of them have tried to pursue/just caught up to Kratos in a new game, or something.

Elden Ring really deserved the Art Direction. Altough Scorn could have taken that as well.

I also think it deserved GOTY over GoW:R but both were close.

Yeah. The only contender that comes to my mind is Re4 Remake since the original Re4 has a legendary status. If they can somehow capture that they might have a chance.

Altough Remakes never hit as hard as the originals in most cases.
