Gaia from God of War is a non-corporeal abstract, as she implies herself in this passage from the God of War 2 canon novel. Her physical avatar was destroyed by the Gods, but her "inchoate spirit" was left behind to watch them for eternity. She also calls herself a formless being and the Earth itself in the beginning of the passage.
She is even omnipresent on the Earth, as she states herself later in the same novel. Wherever there is earth, there is Gaia. This is also stated by her in the game series. She can watch the gods on Mt. Olympus without them knowing, watch the Sisters of Fate on the edge of the Earth and watch Kratos all at the same time.
I'm unsure of what this next power is, but Gaia from the past remembered the events that unfolded thousands of years in the future, including how she saved Kratos from death, how she watched over him, and etcetera. That'd imply a degree of Acausality and Earth Omnipresence through the flow of time, wouldn't it? Her future self was also unaffected by the time paradox created by Kratos when he teleported to the past and saved the Titans, which'd further suggest this. Plus, another suggestion is the fact that the Sisters of Fate seemingly have trouble controlling Gaia's fate at all.
Basically, Gaia would receive Non-Corporeality, Abstract Existence, Pseudo-Omnipresence and possibly Acausality while outside her avatar, although I'm not sure which type of Abstract Existence she falls under. She is unable to recreate an avatar for herself without outside help, so probably not Type 1. Acausality is hard to decide too, she is at least Type 1.
Also, reminder that Zeus and Athena both showcased a non-corporeal, astral and "true" form outside of their physical avatars, similar to Gaia, however, Kratos with the Power of Hope could kill them both (Athena implied that the Blade of Olympus could kill her). Kratos with the Blade of Olympus also killed Gaia's physical avatar and it was implied that she was destroyed for good this time, although it's ambiguous.
