As for the portal, don't think that is needed. Seems like adding cross universal to dimensional travel. Which is obviously their point.

Though im not against it, just seems like it doesn't really need to be stated. But it should be cross universal instead of multiversal

The portals are anywhere on earth, on any earth. They'd still be planetary+cross dimensional, as is the tinkertech.
