Takes a sixteenth of a picosecond for her to try and kill everyone in aperture. She eventually does this, by flooding most of the compound with deadly neurotoxin.

According to the Reactions page, this is MFTL+.

Consistent with how she's a supercomputer and huge advent of technology, and that Aperture was supposed to rival Black Mesa who has other crazy tech. The actual stuff she does doesn't move this fast, so she can just think really fast.

1*10^-13 of a millisecond

Milli means 1*10^-3, so this would be 1*10^-16, a tenth of a femtosecond.
