SBA means they start at big dick range so Pol just gets outranged completely by ******* lightning bolts, tornadoes, rain that can smash cars (Chariot has bad LS so kinda just ****** by this), etc atop of literally just looking turns him into a snail and gimps his speed and power, all while he can't do shit because he only has 2m range.

But if they start a few meters apart, Pol blitzes and stat stomps because Chariot's blade is like 10x stronger and is like, ya know, a good 100000x quicker.

Which is to say there's no fight here. Pick a range, depending on the range, one of wins 100% of the time.

I told you, if they start out of Pol's range, loses everytime. If they start close enough to where Pol can use Chariot, he wins everytime. There is no-inbetween.

The answer is yes, even without time skip and precog, he's quite a bit quicker, and has literally doneso on panel.
Which means so can Chariot.
Which means Chariot is fast enough to circumvent Mista's only attack option, and Mista only has limited ammunition, and needs time to reload between bursts, this gives Pol a window to just do whatever the **** he wants uncontested. The attack redirection can take him by surprise much like Emperor did (except the fact Pol has literally dealt with this but worse, means it won't be as bad and might even expect a Stand dude with a gun to do so by default and be ready for it), but Chariot is well and beyond fast enough to catch them post deflecting given he's almost a blitz above Mista's peak bullet speed.

And then he can just ya know, one shot, or god forbid he bisects a Pistol.

Mista is not good against Power-Types, he literally says so himself.

Pol wins 95% of the time. The 5% is me being generous, especially if we using Peak Pol who'd prob legit curb Hol Horse who's just better Mista.

considering OP (actually 2 other profiles lol) - absolutely nothing's stopping Polnareff from becoming a snail, in fact his dumb ass would realize this is a stand attack while like, almost becoming a snail.

i preffer mugged.

What are you talking about dude. Chariot outstats Mista's peak several times over, in both AP and speed.
Need I remind you Part 5 downscales from Chariot, that's the very reason they as fast as they are, and for dudes in Sex Pistols ballbark, the gap is essentially a blitz as we see with GE vs King Crimson. They'd be a non-factor.
