Gilthunder vs Luck Voltia (GRACE)

Luck is naturally FTL (Even then he was vastly faster) and uses that way more often than Gil does as elf (he started with it). His reaction speed is incredible too. Luck is literally a speedster and his amps are also to strength (with Gloves) and overall striking.

That was a example. I know that speed is = (after all I'm the OP...) but even when Luck was FTL in his BASE 7-C, he was used to Low 7-B opponent's fighting style and Elf Luck is way above that. His speed amps should be way greater than Gil's.

He fought with few FTL scaling guys at once, and one can sense people's Ki (lifeforce etc) and still had an even fight so his amps are horrifying

Gil has to hit him once, and considering he has stat amps with lightning he always uses, I don't see Luck having enough time to even use Reactive Power Level.

He has to hit him once which is not happening due to Luck's own amps that exceed Gil's. He didn't get one shotted by Low 7-B Vetto while being 7-C himself because of these amps, and Luck like every mage can use Mana Skin to increase his durability even further. Maybe he could one shot base Luck but not Luck with amps.
