How does the soul manip work? Also what is the AP of both characters?

Mael is 25,2 gigatons zagred is above 53 gigatons, mael soul manipulatiom is simple, all of his light manipulation attacks damage both the body and the soul, since zagred does not have resistence to soul manipulation that would be a one-shot
