Based the fact that given by @Swag and the nature of magic resistance that make Gil have a resistance agaisnt magic based manipulation....

Yes,but Gil can resist it,so that make Kurumi time stop useless.
 
Notice same degree but this version of Gil still has time resistances.. I doubt time stop would "just fine" but we'd have to get Repp here to know for sure. Though since he can stand at the center of a shitstorm that is Enuma Elish even in tier 7 form he has pretty high resistances
 
EA dislocate space-time, it's basically bending time and space but the time itself is still moving. Timestop is literally halt the flow of time. I don't see why TS wouldn't work. It like Part six Jojo bizarre adventure where Star Platinum can froze Made in Heaven who has time acceleration ability, in time.
 
Erm, so shouldn't another thread be made for Gilgamesh so we can know if he's actually resistant to time stop or not for the purpose of threads like this?

Can't Kurumi just send her Memories to her past self?

She can also summoon Spacequakes, so she also has that to attack Gil
