Doesn't Gil have tons of layered 8-D shit? Ning as a Lord of Chaos is just baseline 8-D in most of his powers and resistances (which is everything in the verse but still) except maybe his space-time hax affecting the 9-D Infinite Void. This seems like a mismatch.
