For me Gildarts wins, handily. His magic completely nullifies any spell Hades can throw at him. Also, Gildarts has been portrayed as the strongest member of Fairy Tail, even more powerful than Laxus. Laxus, weakened and tired defeated Hades after beating Wahl Icht, who is more powerful than Hades. Furthermore, with the magic that Gildarts uses, the Devil Heart will be destroyed very fast.
