According to this comment, the feat used to scale Post-Flashpoint characters assumes the size of the observable universe, rather than DC's 100 trillion light-year radius. Their re-calc resulted in GigaFOE values. Thoughts?

Well they're definitely right. It doesn't make sense to use our observable universe when the actual size of the DC universe is already at hand.

I think sure it's safe to assume that a parallel universe to the main one would at least have similar proportions to it.

• 1: The 100 Trillion lightyear doesn't apply to this feat. It only works for Post-Crisis and maybe Post-Rebirth feats, the Mogo thing happened in Post-Flashpoint which doesn't have the same universal size statement.

• 2: I thought the calculations for luminosity were changed recently anyways

Did the universe size cosmology change in Post Flashpoint?

Yeah. The Source Wall borders all the universes, the higher cosmology was adjusted dimension wise, and it combined DC with other universes the company owned.
