Would stabbing hard enough to pierce through bathroom stalls, surviving a car crash, withstood a book shelf falling on them, and kept going after falling down a set of stairs to be At least Street level, Street level+ or Wall level?

Not Wall level for sure. The bathroom stall is good but with the size of his blade, it will be 9-C.

The others are all pretty much just human feats.

What about other stuff like car crashes? Surviving car crashes is somewhat Wall level.

Not really. Being smashed into by a car, perhaps, under the worst conditions

Bathroom dividers aren't particularly thick or made of strong materials. Not helping is that Ghostface is more like a title held by various people rather than a solo-slasher like Jason or Freddy.
