I don't remember that being stated anywere. Also she can use Balemoon fire without the CoTWF form so it would still go under the AP of her base form

The only difference between her base and that Transformation is the switch from her Vision to her Delusion and that was given to her on becoming the Knave.
I'm saying her rank is justified by her entire arsenal .

Ngl, the design is pretty ass, she looks like a side characters in some fantastical school than a perfumer. The hat in this case just stick out like a sore thump and simply doesn't mesh with the design at all. The shape from the chest upward is just a complete mess. The heart in the eye is simply unnecessary and make her more like waifu bait than the original, the eyes without the glass also make her looks like she isn't looking at us like every single other characters.
All in all, the rage over her design made them create designs that simply destroy whatever trace of her identity, this isn't Emilie, but a school girl with the same name, or, as i would also like to say, a beautiful npc.

Would this give characters resistance to extreme cold and ice manip? Since yes his powers did drop but he can still cauze freezing and blizzard,hey may have lost ap but not hax potency
